Does anyone know anything about this place? It's a bit pricey but looks pretty nice and modern with good amenities.

I'm debating between there and Calais Park, but Tortuga looks nicer from the pics.

Nobody knows anything about this place? I saw another thread about it, seemed good, but the thread was kind of old and a lot can change in a few years.

It's not near anything and the area smells heavily of raw sewage. The road it's on is a high speed highway that people use to get from Tampa to St. Pete and vice versa. You'll drive at least 3 miles to anywhere you want to go.

Some people like it. It's easy access to both Tampa and St. Pete. If you don't mind driving everywhere and can deal with smell (mostly early morning), they might be a good fit. It's whatever style of life you prefer.
