Was interested in getting feedback (good and bad) from anyone who is familiar with this area or subdivision whether you live there or not. I am interested in any information that a prospective home buyer who is not from that area would want to know.

Thanks.

Middle of nowhere. You of course have Target right there, Publix and the likes. But it is a large empty area still. You're close to Veterans (Its called Suncoast in Pasco county) to commute downtown or to the beaches, and that is about it. Lots of open space. Its new, so its bear still.

How do you see this specific area developing over the next 5-10 years. With a new Target and Publix, along with a few new schools, would be it wrong me to assume that this area will continue to see growth?
