hmmm - we have cinder/stuccko and wood... brick is exepensive and seldom used here. Even when you think you get brick it's wood behind it etc. more for decorative purpose. I am not sure if brick is also HOTTER?

I prefer non-typical Florida housing myself. My family and I moved into a traditional red brick Colonial, one of the few in the area, and we absolutely LOVE it!

Look into Safety Harbor and Dunedin for the non-typical housing. Both areas have some craftsman style bungalows and other really neat housing that is what I like to call "Old Florida Style."

yea by Florida STYLE i ment the block ranch house that are either pink or mauve. I do like colonial style and the brick veneer is an option too. Its the stucco cinderblock Im trying to stay away from. I am familiar with Duedian but the Highschool doesent seem to be rated well. Thats why I was thinking the palm Harbor area
