Anyone have advice on month to month rentals around St. Josephs North / North Tampa into Southern Pasco County. I need an apartment for only 3 months and having a hard time locating one.

It would be for my wife so I need a place that is safe for a single woman and 2 bdrm because the kids and I would be joining her for the last of the 3 month rental.

Thanks.

Either I am doing something wrong or rent.com is a terrible website, giving me rentals from all over the world with no ability to search.

Getting real close. I have settled on the Westchase / Lutz / Odessa area.

I have found a few builders who interest me and they have subdivisions in the above areas.

Cant pull the trigger until I visit. Feeling a bit of pressure with all this interest rate jitters.

I visit Northern Virginia / DC August 27,28,29 and Tampa Sept 3,4,5,6. I have to make a decision while in the US or shortly after I return to Germany so I can notify my employer and move my family back to the States.

Have you vml68?

I am looking at the same areas you mentioned. I have only found two that would possibly meet my needs. I am also looking to see if I can buy land and then build a house.
I am hoping to be in Tampa for 2 weeks at the end of the month. There is only so much looking one can do on the internet. So, I really need to get down there so I can get a feel for the place.

Are you looking at Ladera? or Old Memorial? Your price range is 600k's right?

I am looking at both of them. I would really prefer to spend less but have upped my budget to $600K max if I can get everything I want.
If I can't get anything to suit me in that budget, then I will compromise on lot size and buy a pre-owned home and lower my budget to $450-500K. I have seen a couple of pre-owned homes in that range that would work.

Yea, me too, I probably will be looking at the same homes you are in a few weeks. Ladera is great but after pricing a home out put me past my comfort zone. So did Old Memorial.
