I may be working around the Gandy (St Petersburg) area. Let's say take the junction of Route 92/600 and Route 687/4th St N. What are the possible best public schools (elementary through high) within 30 min from that junction?
Again, I am looking at score of at least 8 ~ 10 on GreatSchools.org.
Sorry if this is asked before. I know I used to ask from downtown St Petersburg but I just realized the company is centered on this newer location.
I know South Tampa (zip 33606, 609 and 629) have great schools, but the houses are soooo ooollldddd yet expensive.
Another thing I observe is that, many houses listed for sale on Zillow.com are priced at OVER-THE-PEAK of 2007. Am I looking at the wrong web site, or is it Tampa is roaring back above all time peak?!
Thanks. But do you mean just High Schools? I want all great schools from elementary through high.
The town of Palm Harbor, it is pushing your 30 min until all the construction on 19 ends at least, and during spring is probably 45 min,but it should meet your school requirements k-12 i think its 8's all around, also I am not a 100% but i heard coworkers complaining about how sometimes in Pinellas you are not allowed to go to the schools you are zoned for,so I would look into that.

Dunn, would you say schools around Palm Harbor and West Chase cost at least $130/sqft for those properties aligned to all best K12? It just seems expensive compared to Ohio.

Based on recent sells, you are probably looking at more than $130/sq.ft in Westchase. Palm Harbor is a mixed bag. There are very cheap houses and then you have very expensive ones in some locations. You can't really put a$/sq. ft for the entire Palm Harbor. I think you have a better shot at cheap house and great school in Palm Harbor than Westchase.
Good luck
