I have one area where water had gotten into the soffit area from those stupid gutters. Upon further inspection, it appears about 2 feet of soffit and 2x4 need to be removed and replaced. I would like to replace it with a rot proof venting type surface.....white aluminum or vinyl. This would help ventilate the area and if water was to get back in, it could just run out the holes in the vent.

I can check with my builder in Apollo Beach if you don't have any luck locally. He mentioned that he had some guys who did side jobs. Let me know.
