He doesnt mind to much, its about 40 minutes in traffic. He goes down to Fletcher instead of taking Bearss. We only go on Bearss if we wanna stop at the Irish Pub, lol!! Most of my interviews have been down by the airport and although Im not looking forward to the drive a job is a job.

I live in Tampa Palms and work at USF Health. It takes me 15 minutes to get to work. I think Lutz would take about 30 minutes. I sometimes travel from work to Dale Mabry and Bearss during evening rush hour. It usually takes me 35 minutes to get there.

Both my kids are in Freedom high school. My youngest was in Liberty Middle School last year. The schools are just okay. I agree Steinbrenner is probably a better high school. It certainly is newer. I personally was not fond of Tampa Palms Elementary even though it is an "A" rated, blue ribbon school. I believe Liberty is either a "B" rated or "A" rated. Freedom is a "C" rated, but previous years it was a "D" rated. It has gone up and down from year to year. You can check out www.greatschools.net

Also, are you trying to get into a place that has K-12 good schools? You may just want to rent and start with the elementary first. Asking a commute here is really a crapshoot, nobody seem to agree. You only know what is acceptable to you. Everybody will tell you commute is OK whether it takes them 10 minutes or 1 hour, I kid you not, by comparing what they use to commute before coming here.

If I were you I would also start from the school and then work your way back to find the place that is acceptable in commute or otherwise, rather than starting from subdivision. This way you open up lots of possibilities that feed to a specific school.

Good luck
Good suggestions, thanks a lot.
