Is anyone familiar with the address 12411 oak cedar pl ,tampa,33612 .how far is from downtown area ? and how is this area like ? Is this convenient to drive 5-7 min to stores or is way in the fields somewhere ??? whats close by ?

It's up in the outer burbs of Tampa. Not convenient to South Tampa or Downtown, but plenty of strip malls and big box stores within a 10 or 20 minute drive.

Renaissaince Condominiums .Well,it looks on the map about 20 min drive to downtown.also could park and ride bus looks like it.

20 min. is a stretch, closer to 40 during prime commute times. I haven't tried the new bus system, but if it you can easily connect to your work downtown, it shouldn't be too bad. Just know that it's Suburban living at its utmost. If you like that, you'll be okay. If you want walkable amd convenient, you would do better to stick to South Tampa. It's still very suburban, but has pockets of urban liveability.
