I never said he couldnt. He can, I just find it funny that one would spend so much of their time in a negative mindset, I was merely suggesting a change of pace for him, maybe surround himself with things that create positive thoughts.

Excellent advice. Positive energy brings positive things. Negative energy brings negative things. That is The Secret to a happy life.

You and me both. Determination is the key. Ambition also helped a lot.

I'll be picking up family at TPA next Friday night. I've flown in and out of there myself a few times, but this is the first time I have to pick someone up. It HAS TO be better than Philly in that regard.

I don't get all the complaining about his complaining, he was just defending his thoughts. I'm surprised you're not also upset with the people who quoted and pasted tons of articles and started citing irrelevant annual passenger statistics to prove their opinion was somehow more right .

And yes, picking up someone at TPA is so much better than PHL. I was amazed parking for free for an hour in the parking garage, going down ONE flight of stairs from my car and wound up directly inside the main area right next to the arrival gates. Plenty of shopping to do and what not. PHL was awful in that... ehh.. every regard.

TPA has a lot where you can park and wait. I think they call it the cell phone lot. Your arrivals can phone you to tell you they are off the plane, at baggage claim or whatever and you can mosey over and pick them up. They also have a couple of flight status boards so you know if the flight arrived or is late.

Its free.
