Will do.

What does Osteria Natalina serve? Sounds Italian. Is there really a no children under 7 policy?

The ONLY non-chain restaurant that I recommend to people in town and to visitors is Osteria Natalina in South Tampa. Excellent FRESH food. Excellent service. Children under 7 prohibited. 5 stars.

If you like seafood the 4th st Shrimp Store is a good one. Oyster po-boy is one of my favorites on the menu.

Their blackened Ahi Tuna is great, as is the signature Pasta Ivarone. Their house salad is surprisingly good as well. Drinks a bit on the pricey side but they do have full liquor bar.

Completely unrelated, Senor Tequila on Dale Mabry is great for casual Mexican, easy to remember address, 11111 N Dale Mabry. It's inexpensive, huge menu with the common things to some fairly obscure ones like a big lava rock full of various meats and veggies, Tuesdays they have $2.99 margaritas, food has been consistently great for me.
YES! Senor Tequila is quite good and inexpensive. Prior to moving we ate there at least once a week. Good stuff.

I'll also give Iavarone's a vote. Not cheap but not outrageously priced either. I have eaten there a number of times and the food was consistently good.

As for Bern's, I'm sure I am in the minority but I ate there a number of times too and was unimpressed with...well, everything. I thought it was overpriced and overrated. I do know a number of folks who really like the place though...I just must not see what they see.

Also for deli type service, Datz is great. Not cheap either for a deli style place but they do give you a pretty decent sized sandwich for your cash.
