I know you get this question constantly, ....the plan is to move next summer. Jobs are fine, kids are fine with the move. I have a sister that lives in Wesley Chapel and a cousin in Pass A Grille. We have an idea of the general area and spent a week this summer specifically looking around at potential areas. My husband will be doing a lot of commuting back to St. Louis, so need some place within 30-45 min of the airport ideally. I work in pediatric healthcare, but will not be working immediately after we move. Good schools are a priority. I would prefer public schools. Plan to rent the first year, but would like to rent in the area where we would like to eventually settle. Home price around $500,000 (in an ideal world would like 4 bedrooms and a separate in-law quarter) . I'm considering Plant and Sickles school districts. Any other recommendations? My husband will be down for a month in February and I'll be down for a week. Thanks for any help you can provide.
