Thanks Bentlebee.

There has to be some traffic planning. I don't care really what someone says on here, I care about what they are talking about in the County Meetings.

The East/West road is supposed to have very few on/off points (like the Selmon Expressway).

I for one am not hung up on the Traffic at all. I hope they address it, but I am one that hopes they build and can figure it out from there. I don't mind the extra few minutes it takes and I can avoid the congestion.

Thanks. Will have to pull that article. I saw the Laker in the driveway yesterday, just don't know where it went

I'm not going to Outlet Malls that much but it saves time going to Ellerton and/or Orlando if the right stores are coming and it is great for the economy so please let them start building and for everyone who doesn't like it than use Bruce B. Downs to go to I-75 and avoid the area.
What land are you talking about now?
I agree traffic will increase no matter what and so far SR 54/56 were designed wit some piece of mind.
I think it's county's fault to allow rezoning... Sure they care about money, but that ever they are heading is the way to increase traffic within short period of time. Being presented at planning meetings at Pasco county allows me to talk about it.

I like your point about "right stores"... right stores are different for everybody. I hope you will get your stores

They only may have to do something to state road 54, the part from I-75 and state road 56. That may get backed up badly. State road 56 is. 3 lanes wide so that shouldn't be too much of an issue other than at Black Friday and other special occasions.

Anyway some people will not like shopping and will not care about any mall or outlet mall while other will be happy but anyone who doesn't agree that it is good for the economy is in my vocabulary having issues with their brain cells not being connected in the right way since in today's economy we should be happy with any real added job and we know that governments don't create jobs since government jobs are paid from tax money while jobs in malls are paid from money that people spend and real jobs!

It is quite ironic if not weird that we get so many "shopping" plaza's, and mall's yet people are paid peanuts here!

I'll be happier to see better paid jobs coming here, and not more underpaid retail crap jobs. Long hours+no pay.

GREAT POST! I am sure EVERY JOB in this entire Outlet Mall Complex is going to be Minimum Wage. Sure hope someone figures out how to pay Commission to Sales Associates, higher pay to Managers and Assistant Managers someday. Maybe we can just do away with entry level jobs completely! Just think the Harmony that would bring.

Anyway any job is better than none and any person of unemployment benefits is one less that we have to support and they get more social time to interact with others with all the pros and cons but I love working and interacting with people ...even the nasty ones since they make me appreciate the nice ones even more and sometimes they change into nicer persons which makes my day.

Let me go ask all the construction workers, engineers, small business owners and the unemployed who are praying for a job and then I will get back to you with an answer.
