4211 E. Okara Rd, Tampa, FL. apt. A

There is an older black male, named Nelson dealing drugs at the above address.
I moved in across the street several months ago and have noticed a lot of traffic in and out of that dwelling at all times of the day (the people that I have seen coming and going appear to be crack heads).
Nelson blast his music at all hours of the night also.
Neighbors that I've spoken with says that he also beats on his live in girlfriend.
I don't want to go directly to the police so, I've told the landlord for the above apartments about what I've seen.
And Nick hasn't done anything about it.

What can I do?

Go to the police? Let me guess... going to the police would go against your neighborhood's "Don't snitch" rule.

Wait till he has a bunch of cars in his drive way and the music is playing nice and loud and then call the cops and report it.

They show up, see what's happening and if your being truthful, then everyone will get arrested.

If they do it again, call the cops again. Make life hard on the guy. Don't live in fear. He will eventually leave your hood and find a new place to be a nuisance.

Pasco sheriff's office has a Facebook and I have seen posts on there and they even asked the public to notify the cops with suspicious behavior and a sign was recently put near Wiregrass mall stating the same.
Most likely Hillsborough police will have something similar and there is a website where you can report anonymous. ..

If you contact your local police and report it the will start an investigation, do some buys from the guy and then
early one morning 20 cops will show up with a search warrant and the problem is solved. Nobody else is going to solve the problem.

Buck up and call the cops or crime stoppers. Seriously grow a spine, stop whining, and do something about it

Call District Two Police Department at 813-931-6500 and report this to them. If you aren't willing to do that call the anonymous tip line at 1-800-873-TIPS.
