Hello,

Just trying to do some pre-budgeting budgeting. Anyone got a number for an average cost per sq ft to have pavers installed in the St. Pete area? Size of job is around 500 sq ft, mostly rectangular- about half is tear out of existing pavers and the other half is currently crushed shells. (existing pavers are hex pavers so I hope to recover a few bucks on resale.) Also for the actual pavers, I'm hearing that around $3 sq ft is the low end for anything of reasonable quality.

Thoughts regarding going with a larger company vs smaller outfits vs. guys from the Home Depot parking lot are also appreciated. A hot tub is being placed on part of the patio so it needs to be done right.

Thanks & Merry Christmas!

Had pavers installed about a year ago and the cost of the complete job from tear out to completion was right around $6.00 per foot. That did not include sealing the pavers.

if you come across a reliable, trustworthy sealer let me know.......the guy who did mine didn't really do a decent job and I'd like to get the color back in the pavers.
