RIP, John Rose. Maybe some day people will realize that there are places in Florida where the ground is just not stable enough for heavy industry and construction.

Really weird accident, the way they described it on the news, it almost sounded as if he stepped in quicksand. Conflicting reports, too. One said he was walking on the pipe and fell in the ground (as oppose to on the ground) another said he was walking by the pipe and got swallowed by the ground.

In any case, it does make me wonder about that water treatment plant. If you've ever driven by it, the smell is enough to gag a maggot.

All dookie plants smell. Peeps better move out of FL as the ground will swallow us all up.
