I am here in the Tampa area through Saturday and need to find a rental house. We will be moving here in February. It needs to be over three bedrooms and a decent community. Anyone know the best place to find one? Craigslist is not working lol

we are renting at the moment and moving out to relocate next week. House will be available first of Feb so landlord says. His ad is on Craigslist. It is a 3/2/2 with an office with doors pool home. We are in the Grand Oaks. Let me know if you want more info.

Actually, just go to Realtor.com and click RENTALS vs FOR SALE. Type in Wesley Chapel and you will see many properties. I saw 152 just now. Scroll down to additional details and you will see the listing company and a phone number.

Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK!!

I like the layout of Grand Oaks. It seems like it would be pretty comfortable living in there. Is it??

Yes we have enjoyed it here because of the great neighbors we have met and location. We are backed up to woods and a retention pond. The pond was neglected during the summer and is too shallow so it was filled with algae a lot which was making me sick. We contacted the HOA quite a bit and the ppl caring for the water ways here would come out and spray the water but it made little difference. It does not look good at the moment either. That would be the biggest complaint really. I have a feeling if we come back in 5 yrs to visit we wont recognize the area. It has been a great stopping point for us.
