Looking to purchase a home in a nice area. Is Lexington Oaks a good place? Are there any other communities (quiet ones with HOA) that you can recommend? Thanks for the imput.

Lexington Oaks is very nice. We have friends that live in there and really enjoy it. You have many, many subdivisions like Lexington Oaks in Wesley Chapel, Land O Lakes, Lutz, and even over more towards Zephyrhills.

All four of the cities I just mentioned basically boarder each other. Land o Lakes is on the North side of HWY 54, Lutz on the South side of HWY 54, Wesley Chapel starts along HWY 54 as soon as it turns North and HWY 56 splits out of it. Not very far on the East side of I-75 Zephyrhills starts.

Only reason I mention this is people will jump in here shortly and tell you how far out Zephyrhills is. The downtown of what is Zephyrhills is a ways out, but it extends much closer to the freeway then you can imagine. I also believe Lexington Oaks is Wesley Chapel. But again, these areas are all very close.

Lexington Oaks is in Wesley Chapel, at least now. It's a nice subdivision with gold course, low HOA fee and CDD fee.
I believe there were some issues with home quality (build by Pulte) - just google it.
