My husband has been offered a job in Brandon. Is Brandon considered a safe neighborhood? If so are there any subdivisions you can recommend. I was also told Riverview was nice. Any other area we should consider?

Thanks

Brandon and Riverview aren't neighborhoods, they're entire suburbs of the Tampa Bay region. There will be halfway decent and bad areas in both.

Price range would help.

We will be renting. Looking to spend no more then $1600. What are the areas to avoid? Are there any other areas we should consider?

If you're looking to stay in brandon, anywhere but the tampa side is pretty nice. We live closer to valrico or bloomingdale area are all good areas.

Brandon is nice and has tons of shopping and restaurants. We live in Riverview and are in Brandon quite frequently. There are lots of nice neighborhoods in this area. Sarah at Remarkable Rentals knows this area very well and can find you a nice place to rent.

Look at Bloomingdale East, especially if you have kids. Excellent schools, affordable rentals, convenient location, YMCA, etc.
