I want to pay cash for a wonderful MH in a park located in Leesburg. Although as a former federal employee I would definitely pass the background check, the last year of circumstances has ruined my credit. I would be renting the lot the home is located on. I have no doubt the park owners (a major corporation) will reject me due to my poor credit score, but is there any alternative, such as could I offer a large deposit (say, 3 months lot rent)?
