Still need help with relo - as you know, most airport employee commutes are not 9 to 5.

That being said, how far out do you live and what is your commute time..

Willing to go anywhere within reasonable commute - how about getting to from Clearwater/Dunedin area also.

Thanks for help - looking at houses online is difficult without knowing realistically how much commute time.

Not a worker, but one reason we chose Gulfport was the ease of access to TPA. Trip is always 25 minutes; mostly late morning departures and early evening arrivals.

Anywhere in Tampa Bay area from Southern/Mid Pasco to as far south as Apollo Beach area to all of Pinellas County is an acceptable commute to TPA.

I have three friends who work for airlines and live in the Brandon area. They seem to think the commute is reasonable especially since the Selmon was opened. Best wishes.

My friend and pilot for USAIR lives at Skypoint, a downtown Tampa condo. He likes that he doesn't have to maintain the outside. Just close the door behind him and go. I don't know the commute time, but Bing Maps say it's 7.6 miles and 11 minutes.
