And luckily we got some rain late yesterday from that broken thin line that came ashore.

A win win for both of us.

I was never a huge fan of Bruce, not that I dislike his music, I don't know, maybe because I heard his music soo much through my school years. But then I got to work one of his concerts at Gillette Stadium, and I was right by the stage. Ever since then, I enjoy his music so much more because I got to experience just how much emotion and energy he puts into his music. It was an awesome experience.

Once all this passes over the next day or two. We're looking at some warm days and nice cooler nights for a bit before we get down to business with HOT during the day and WARM at night.

About ready for my Northern Pilgrimage to see my daughter and the grand kids.

Flash flood warning until 1:00pm. Don't be the one to end up on the evening news.

Roads and parking lots are submerged around USF. Dangerous situation according to Paul Dellegatto. For the member who asked what training is, well this was it. The storms just kept on coming over the same area over and over.

Here is just one link from WFLA

Congratulations, gulfer! Yep, it's a mess out there for sure. And this is supposed to be our "dry" season. It's pouring here in South Hillsborough now.

According to Dellegatto, this is a very slow moving front. I think he described it as "walking". In other words, a human could outrun it. It does seem to be moving south east, though.

I think this is going to be an interesting summer, weather-wise.

Just looked up the forecast, very interesting. Same rain chances as today, (70%) but 74 degrees! Wow, that's a temp drop. Rain-cooled air, but not for long.

I guess we have to take it where we can get it.

I imagine South Tampa/Kennedy Blvd is looking like river right now. I was caught in one oaf those heavy downpours a couple of years ago and cars were half submerged down there - poor drainage on the roadways.

This rain is welcomed relief for people in our neighborhood with yellow grass......need the rain.
