So I think I am going to go with Courtney Palms.. can anyone tell me anything about these?

Two of my friends used to live at Courtney Palms and only left because of family and work issues. They loved it's amenities and it's close proximity to the Crosstown and I-75. It's a really convenient location with tons of shopping and restaurants close by. I've been there many times for parties and never saw anything sketchy. The pool and workout room are quite nice and the grounds are well kept. I think you are going to be pleasantly surprised. Welcome to the area.

I've heard good things, too. The one lady I know who used to live there couldn't say enough good about it. But I don't have any firsthand information.

The pool is awesome! Went to a party there years ago and never forgot it! It's very nice, feels upscale and secluded.
