Can anyone recommend some manufactured home parks for seniors in Dunedin?

Default Dunedin MHP

There are 2 parks right at Main St and Patricia Ave, Golden Acres and Golden Crest. Acres is resident owned, very nice and clean. No pets. Crest is not resident owned and not as nice. Lake Haven, further east on Main Street is a much larger park. It's pretty nice but it is not resident owned. Resident owned are more expensive to buy into (coach + lot) but the lot rent is much less($150). Non resident owned have much higher lot rents.($500-$600+) There are web sites that specialize in mhp by city.
My fav parks in the surrounding area, where I plan to live in the next couple years, are Blue Jay Estates (Palm Harbor), Briar Creek (Safety Harbor) and Gull Aire (Oldsmar). These parks are not in Dunedin, but they're close by and IMO the nicest in the north Pinellas area. And they allow a pet.
Good luck w/ your search. Dunedin is a great little town.

What about Lake Highlander which is resident owned on County Rd 1? The website looks good.
