E-PASS, SunPass and LeeWay are compatible and may be used interchangeably.

No they're not. We went under the epass & the sunpass didn't charge.

Ever think to visit the Sun Pass website to find out for yourself?

I travel for work over to Orlando from time to time for work. It most certainly works on the 408, as I've been on it more times than I can count. In fact, I was over there yesterday.

It can take a few days to show up on your bill.

OK...If that's the case, then I will give it a few days...when I logged into my acct yesterday it wasn't showing there.

@Bucfan...no, I didn't look on their website because I had no idea this was here. The ONLY other time I saw that EZpass sign was when we went to New York...their toll roads had that, so I thought it was weird to see it here since we have the SunPass, and I thought all of FL had SunPass! Never been on 408 before until this weekend.

It amazes me that when you answer a question you get a negative response and when the OP is proven wrong they just forget about their mistake.

It seems to go in batches. I know when my husband used his sun pass, it would take 3-4 days and all of a sudden, 3 days worth would go through at once.

I was not looking to be "right"...

We went on 408 not knowing it is not a SunPass road, since "we" thought all toll roads in FL are billed by Sunpass!

After we got on it and saw "EZPass" we freaked out...and resolved to "we'll just pay it when we get the bill in the mail"!

Then hubby said to check the acct and see if it charged, and I did, and nothing charged, so we resolved to the "bill later" scenario.

We were surprised to see EZPass here in Florida on one hand, and on the other we couldn't figure out why we needed that too? when having sunpass already...we were chatting about how ridiculous it would be for someone who lives in Orlando to have both!? We saw no point to it. Our opinion.

IF They are indeed interchangeable then great! We learned something new...I didn't even think to look for more information on SunPass' website because the name was "EZPass" and we've only saw that once up north...didn't know of it's existence in Florida. Now we do. We don't go to Orlando very often, more like never...this was an exception...we stop at the Disney Exit when we go that way! LOL

SOOOOOOO...Thank you to those who replied.
