so, am trying to move a sectional sofa and am getting a quote anywhere from $80 to $150 for a 25 mile transport and I don't have a pick up truck.

Rental U-haul is expensive and wasn't looking to spend no more than 50 bucks.

Any other options ? how do I find someone who has a truck and trailer and wants to make a quick buck and need to pick up and deliver either this evening or tomorrow evening.

Awesome. I just called home depot and they charge $19.99 for the first 75 minutes and you pay gas. No per mile charge like U-haul.

Quick update.

Rented the truck at home depot for an hour and half and got charged about 32 bucks and then gas was like 20 bucks so close to 50 bucks and was able to move the sofa!!!

Home depot requires proof of gas payment so ensure that you hold onto that receipt at the gas station.
