Do you have specific questions? I've been there lots of times and I have a lot of info on the community.

IMO, it is an upscale semi-private golf course community. The course has 36 holes, with the South Course being the most desirable. The PGA had a Q event there last month. Lake Jovita Joint Venture and Dennis and Sun Ok Lee (the "Lees") executed a purchase and sales agreement for the club and course according to an announcement I received dated December 18. No additional details other than they're in a contingency period and the expected close date is January 31, 2008. The club is expected to remain semi-private.

There are four builders remaining and plenty of good lots available with home price points from the 400's to several million. There is an 18,000 square foot home being built now that brings lots of gawking. In addition to the single family homes, there are some maintenance free detached villas, a few condos (mainly used for weekenders), and some townhouses.

There are some good buys on re-sales if you're not opposed to a used house.

The area is remote and everyone is anxious for the new Publix that is scheduled to be built at SR52 and I-75. There is a new retail shopping center one exit south at SR54 & I-75. Not much there yet other than a Best Buy and Toys R Us (woo-hoo). Cypress Creek Mall (SR56 & I-75) is scheduled to be built at the end of 2008 (well if they can overcome environmental issues with gopher tortoises and other wetland-related things).

Also scheduled for development on SR52 & I-75 is Bella Verde which also has had several delays. The last word I received from the developer was very positive. This will be another master planned community with several golf courses and lots of creature comforts.

How'd I do or did I miss entirely?
