My husband and I are looking to move down to the Tampa, FL so that I can attend graduate school and he can attend undergrad at USF. We found a nice house, but we are concerned about the neighborhood. What are your thoughts? Is it an okay area? I've seen some old forums about the area being the "ghetto"- is this accurate? We live in DE so we'd like to get as much information from locals as possible prior to seeing the houses.

Thanks!
