Yeah, it's real nice. Close to the beaches and downtown St. Pete. Affordable with nice amenities.

South PasAdena is where we grocery shop (we live in Gulfport). It can be very trafficy this time of year. I have heard that the entire city is in a flood zone, but not sure if that's a fact. I have been over there in summer downpours and there is poor drainage on many of the roads, even the main ones.
