Happy New year to all!

I have Googled OTA indoor antenna reviews and wonder if anyone has success using these near Spring Hill FL? Some sites show it may be feasible such as AntennaWeb - Home or TV Fool but I would rather have the valued input from our neighbors locally. I do not wish to spend time and money on an item that may not be returnable if it does not work. If you do get reception, please let me know what antenna used and how many stations you can receive.

Thanks to all and health to you in 2015.

Ive recently asked the same question in a Spring Hill forum on another social media site.
Using an antenna designed for the digital TV frequencies (UHF). The consensus from my inquiry was 20-30 channels. Keep in mind, that includes shopping channels, religious channels, foreign language stations along with the Tampa local stations. This site may help u... OTA DTV Reception

I.just put up a winegard hd8200u antenna with there 3 foot tripod stand for outdoor foof mount. It works great for the money here in newport richey 34652. I managed to pull in 48 channels. From 3.1 up. It also got me the wfla 8 and metv. Great constant picture strength onall channels.

That is a great antenna. Has the UHF elements up front backed by a reflector and then a slew of dipoles behind the reflector for VHF. All said and done its a high gain antenna which should give you many years of service.

Update. I just replaced my 5 year old sony 60in tv with a new Sony 65x850d android tv. I connect the new tv cable from the splitter and made a direct connection to the antenna and got 53 channels. At the end of the day I picked up the addition of channel 15 thru 15.4. But when I switch to those channels it tells me there is no signal? Anyone have an idea of why or how to correct the signal for those.
