I just got my real estate license for the second time. I had my license years ago when I lived in St Petersburg but was more of an assistant to agents in an office than I was out there selling on my own. I am familiar with the whole process, however things have changed a lot since I was in the business 15 years ago due to the market shift, foreclosures, short sales, etc. So I would like to find a broker that is going to provide me with some education as well as leads but I don't need to start from scratch. Any good suggestions on who to chose for a broker in the South Pasco area? Or any offices to stay away from?
