I sold our house the first weekend it was listed. Make sure you price your house right so it doesn't linger on the market!

The house went on the market Monday with no showings until this Friday and an Open House on Sunday.

We already have 10 showings scheduled between Friday and Saturday

Hoping to have multiple offers by Monday

Wow that's impressive. Where I was on LI I had my fingers crossed just to get an offer. Thank god we put a ton of work into it. The house separated itself from the others and it took three weeks. I know others that sat on the market for months. I consider myself very lucky to get out of there!

Well, those are really personal questions that I am not sure is relevant to his post or is anyone's business. Some things are personal. I would never ask someone how much they make.

I'd say Rudy already handled this by not responding.

Exactly why I never responded.

But I will say she works near the airport for a large company with great pay and great benefits.

Cjrudy said it was a really good job, so for them it is a really good job. What the rest of the world thinks is irrelevant.

Lets just say that it was not a lateral move for her, it was a 30% pay increase. That's the reason she is down there already and I'm still here.
