We all know traffic is not really that bad on 56/wiregrass so we builders have decided to build more shops with phase two.. and get this a 248-unit apartment complex as a bonus. Your welcome

Yeah for traffic.... No, seriously, we are creating SECOND BRANDON traffic wise in Wesley Chapel. It's going to be horrible!!!!
This new luxury apartment complex will be like mile away from the one almost completed by Northwood/ Arbor Woods... really? Do we really need that many apartments?

And my main question, WHAT WILL BE GOING ON WITH SCHOOLS??? Current schools are WAAAAY over it's capacity and we keep building more houses and apartments... What the heck?!?

I just checked Pasco County website for future schools and new elementary schools (Wiregrass Elementary and Northwood Elementary) are not even in work program!!! And new middle/high (mixed) by Old Pasco is scheduled for 2017. Considering existing schools are way over crowded (Wiregrass Ranch High was by 700 student as well as two middle schools and Wesley Chapel High) + this crazy growth rate of new development + apartments - there is no way new mixed school will solve this problem.

Does anyone know if Pasco School Board hold public meetings? I would love to ask them questions...

Bottom line these places are selling like crazy now. Then add in Trinity with 8 to 12k of houses that are scheduled to go up traffic will only get worse. Already traffic on 54 to get to 41 is insane. Luckily we have Sunlake Blvd that connects to Dale Mabry. Wait until the premium outlets go up. Traffic jams all around!!!

It's ok, no amount of money will have me shopping there...I HATE that area...I rather travel somewhere fun, than spend money at these malls!

Wrong. The blame lies with liberals. Because they are so completely consumed with a hatred of normal Americans and American norms, voters choose to vote for pro-business pols like Rick Scott so that they can at least make enough money to insulate themselves from our developing dystopia.
