My Wife and I just got back from a prospective trip checking out areas we wanted to live...after much research we have decided on Palm Harbor. We checked out a few subdivisions and looking for your 2 cents. We have 2 little ones so we like the idea of having a community playground and walking riding bike trails. We liked Westlake and Lake Valencia. Are there others we should be looking at? Should we not look at those 2 for a particular reason? Are there any we should stay away from? Our budget is $250-$285K ish...thanks for the help.

Hi Jeff,
Congrats on your choice of Palm Harbor! We too made that decision awhile back and are thrilled we did! There are a lot of neighborhoods with community playgrounds a few of them that currently have homes on the market in your price range are:
Westlake Village, Pine Lake, Conventry Village and Southerland Shores. There's also some wonderful neighborhoods near or backing up to the Pinellas Trail that you might want to consider.

Good suggestions.
