Well the number of homes we were looking at are actually 1800-2200, not sure a lower square footage automatically means its rented anyway ?

Lower footage homes are easier to rent. In that specific community a lot of homes were purchased by investment companies 2-3 years ago. HOA was horrible to get in touch with. I know we were not homeowners, but just wanted some info about their HOA, so maybe they are better with homeowners.
