West Pasco county. Homes by the 1000's for under 40k. Prop taxes around 350 a year for most homes.

Yeah it used to be more lively. Back in the early 2000's they had good crowds, but it has kind of died down now.

So does Somalia. Not to compare the two just the greater point that the beaches are a tiny part of the area.

I actually think this issue is a America's biggest problem not racism or education, affordable housing, housing in most cities is way over priced for what you get in my opinion, in the rural areas or inner city you have get a nice place but the location is horrible and that is the reason the prices are so low. Real Estate is a rip off in most of America, nobody wants to live in inner city Detroit in in rural Appalachian Kentucky or rural Alabama.

I once went to a Tampa Bay Storm game. I remember buying tickets online. I had never seen them play before not even on TV. The Storm won the game. They had a big trophy presentation on a stage at the end of the game. They even let the fans onto the playing field. I remember thinking, they really take these games seriously. This was back in 2003.

Little did I know, the game was the ArenaBowl.

So what's wrong with the panhandle? I find the people far friendlier and the beaches much prettier. Of course beaches aren't everything, I'm not really even that into the beaches.
