I don't have, and won't be having, kids and I've learned that if you don't want to live near tons of screaming kids in your apartment complex, you want to live in the most expensive apartments in the worst school district, preferably very close to a nice school district. If there's a nice district right next to a bad one, you'll be in a better general area, but the people in your apartment complex are more likely to be people without kids who can afford to live in a nice place. And the families with kids will all live down the road in the better school district.

So, I'm aiming to find those nice apartment complexes, but don't know the rankings of the school districts...can you help? (Apartment recs would be great if you know any, too!)

Thanks!

That's only one district per county here. Can't rank it this way. Check out the school district websites. They are usually found by the county name followed by "k12.fl.us". There are hundreds of schools per county. Not like where I came from in MI where we had 2 high schools, one middle and maybe 5 elementaries.
