Thinking about transferring with my job in a year or so to Oldsmar.
What is a good area to live in and possibly buying a condo in?
Thanks

Check out Spinnaker Cove. Condos on the water in Town N Country. The Condo fees are a little high but they include hazard and flood insurance.

Best on Tampa Bay - Spinnaker Cove Condominium Association

Sorry, but I would avoid Town N Country. The further west you stay in Oldsmar, the better.....for many reasons.

Not bad at all, but best to take alternate ways than using 19.

Keep in mind that just about everywhere has elevated traffic during rush hour, but that ride is about as easy as it gets.....especially if you go against traffic.

Eastlake Woodlands has beautiful town homes/villas/condos (not sure what they are considered)...maybe a little dated but the mature landscaping more then makes up for that...
