Can anyone give me some information on these apartments and the area that they are in.

Oak at Stone Fountain Apartments in Tampa
Waterford at Cypress Lake in Tampa
Brandywine in Tampa

I was also thinking about the Lakeland, Spring Harbour, or Brandon area. I'm looking for something affordable far as an apartment ($700 to $850 per month- 2bd) and a city that is not too fast but not too slow. Any suggestions? Especially suggestions regards apartments.

If you are looking for a slower pace then Lakeland would be the place but not if you had to drive to Tampa everyday on I-4. Brandon is nice but is congestioned.

Hopefully someone else can tell you about the apts.

Try these websites for residents ratings on those communities

You will get a good idea about these property, especially if everyone is complaining about the same stuff.

(I'm an assistant manager of a property in Brandon)

Red face St Petersburg

Take a look at Sienna Bay Apts (rent from $838), Camden Lakes (rent starts at $757 for a 2br),Crosswinds (rent from $705), Lakeside Village (rent from $715), Tamarind Bay (rent from $809). If you do a search on Apartments.com - Free Nationwide Apartment Search with the Most Visual Rental Listings Online. and put in 33716 as your guide you'll see them all.

Not sure how many apts are doing this now but my son said his complex are making them get renters ins., he lives out in New Tampa. Of course, you should always have it, but most ppl don't or they intend to one day.

Its very difficult reading the reviews on the apartment guide sites. Usually every site has negative comments, and they're hard to ignore.
