Either way I was leaning towards waiting as well but I know interest rates are going up and I doubt home prices are going down, so its tough either way...
to me exit from the Ridge will be a nightmare soon. They have to intersection or even full median opening, so if you are heading to interstate, you have to head east, do U-turn and go back. Imagine heavy traffic. Not fun. They will be having another exit to the road where all schools are located at, but during school hour is will be nightmare as well. Imagine they will finally extend Kinnan St., so most K-bar Ranch people will be driving towards Interstate which will increase traffic too. Nightmare for sure.

As for the schools being within walk in distance - it means school buses will not have stops there since it's too close, and kids will have to walk (or be dropped off). I am not sure how safe is it. I wont be letting my kids walking to school for sure if crossing of major busy rd is required.
