We haven't used blue bags in a long time. Switched to white ones. The article doesn't make it clear if those will be outlawed as well.

The articles says residents must supply their own recyling containers (and they can't be bags). Most localities supply their residents with recycling bins, why isn't Pasco doing that??

I don't understand why it's a big deal to buy your container and use it from now on... Pasco will provide stickers to be used on your containers... Most people in our neighborhood not even recycling to begin with...

I bought my own container and they threw that out too lol. Or it was stolen.
