Hello, My wife and I are looking at the west coast of FL. We both are in our early 50's and are very active. We both work from home so driving is not an issue for us. We are looking for a nice area in or around Tampa. Could go 30 miles either way if need be. We are looking for a Condo a few miles from the ocean. We are willing to pay around 175000 for the condo. Need to be 3 bed /2 bath. Condo fees around 400 a month. Although we are in our 50's we don't wish a "retirement" area. We enjoy nightlife and are heavy into sports. Can anyone point us to an area?

Thanks!

I am not sure if you could get 3/2 for your price range but checkout downtown Saint Pete.

Thanks jaybird.. 175000 would be all cash. But, for the right place I would be willing to have a small mortgage.

Thanks again!

As much as I always try to support Tampa, I've have to agree that St. Pete would be a much better option.
