A few good Busch Gardens concerts coming up - one reason I have had the annual pass for the last several years.....
That looks like a good deal. Just moved to Tampa area and was looking at the Busch Gardens pass, knowing about the concerts being offered really makes the annual pass a bargain. Do you know if BG offers any special offers on the annual passes during the year? Just asking as where I came from Six Flags would offer some special offers on their annual passes so curious if BG did something similar. If so I'd wait, if not, I'll be picking up a pair and check out some of those concerts.

Also, to keep on topic, for me the best thing about living in Tampa area (for all of 3 days) is the weather. My old home had 3" snow and temps in single digits while I walked around here in shorts and t-shirt. Also looking forward to lots of day trips, lots of areas around here to explore as noted by other posts in this thread.

There is SO much to do here! There is also so much to see and explore. The weather is wonderful, and the area has beautiful beaches!

Busch Gardens is nice the first ten or so times... lol

If I have to recommend something though, do the "Sunset Safari". Adults only, free beer, and a safari

I agree with many of the things already listed, and I would like to add The Hub and Taco Bus. We are contemplating a return after 12 years in DC, and I must admit these are on the "pros" list.

Yes, but it's not just a slice. It's Neapolitan pizza, so you can only get a 12-inch pie...no slices. But 1 person can eat that. It's right across from Taco Bus in Downtown Tampa. My favorite restaurant in Tampa.

You don't know how much I appreciate this tidbit of information. Another "pro" to the list!

Bavaro's is a DEFINITE must hit... Though I suggest reservations. Went to take the girlfriend out for her birthday and they had a party of 30. Needless to say, Cappy's is NOWHERE near as good!
