Yes^^^, and I hope new posters here looking for real info will realize quickly that there are posters on these forums (like the poster being referred to) who have nothing better to do than bash everywhere in Florida and even post outright lies. Most have been on here over and over under different user names because they eventually get banned.

Thanks everyone. I made an offer on the place but decided to go in low since renting it out might be more problematic should I want to do so. The offer fell on deaf ears, but I left it open. We'll see if they change their minds.
