How about this. You keep working on that time machine and I'll stick with volunteering with Tampa Bay Watch and doing my part to make our community a better one.
No need to say by to the bay jay, as i said up above, the bay is better now than it was in the 70's. Don't drag me into something that has you all so worked up. I am off for a Napster.

I wonder what bridges they demolished since the 70s to improve the water quality?

I think ya need to do some reading up pup. I was born here in 1963 and hard core fished the bay as a kid until around 1980 when i started fishing 40 to 100 miles offshore. Anyone with half a brain jane knows that we have much more seagrass today than in the 70's and with the EPA rules over the years have also helped with the bay ray.

Study up and learn some facts.

I thought you said the only way to make it better was to blow up bridges? Why did you stop fishing inshore?

It is the land blocking the bay leads to the bridges that is blocking flow. One taste of grouper and snapper fishing and the money made selling them was all it took. I never fished the bay after 1983.

The water will never be like it was pre 1920's.
