Reasonably Priced Hair Stylist - Tampa (Westchase, Bell: salons, home, area)

Hi,

I am looking for a reasonably priced hair stylist who does great cuts and colors/foils, preferably in Carrollwood/Westchase area but could be anywhere west of 275 or in South Tampa. When I say reasonably priced, I am looking for up to $150 for coloring of grays, partial foils (highlights and lowlights) and a cut. Not blow dry. I have been going to someone now who charges $135 for that, but he has moved out of state so I need to find someone new.

I don't love salons that have a ton going on, like nails, facials, etc. I really just like going to a salon that does hair and has a few stylists or a single stylist. I would like someone who has good taste and can make good recommendations, but also listens to his/her client.

Can anyone provide recommendations?

Kristi Howe at Salon Belladonna on Swann Ave in South Tampa. You'll definitely be in that price range or better, and it's just a salon. The salon is a converted old Mediterranean style home but her space is only shared with one other stylist and has more of a private back entrance.
