Carrollwood is a nice area too. I've sold 3 or 4 houses in the last 6 months in that area and the schools are highly rated. Besides that it's in the middle of Tampa. Alot of community events.

The traffic is horrible and the traffic lights are agonizingly long. And hot, way too hot here, no ocean breeze because the gulf is hot. The stores try to sell old fish because nobody buys $24/lb grouper which is full of parasites anyway, so it gets old and smelly, so nobody buys it (see the obvious pattern?).

We live in Brandon but bypass Tampa to go to St. Pete for food shopping and the occasional restaurant, takes an extra 30 minutes but sometimes we need a modern area.
