Hi everyone! I have a few questions I hope someone will answer for me, we are a family of 4 wanting to leave Michigan to find employment. I have lived in Florida a while back and loved it so I would like to put Florida at the top of our relocation list. Is the Saint Petersburg area safe for kids? and will we be able to find employment as a Massage Therapist & HVAC tech?

HVAC you should have NP as they are always in demand. Masasge therapist, I don't know if I would count on findingfull time employment at least right away, as they might be harder to come by.

Thank you, and what areas are not so child friendly? I used to live off 64TH AVE N and US 19 and I would not want to raise my kids there

Smile "The Don"

is the Don Cesar Resort on St.Pete beach. Its the big pink sorta Spanish building built in the '20's. it's now owned by Loews Hotels so go to their web site for more info. This is the most luxury you'll find on the Beach. The Vinoy in Downtown St. Pete is equal, just isn't at the beach.

School districts are usually in need of HVAC guys. Check under non instructional/support postions for Pinellas county schools. It may not be the best pay-- but they should have great benefits, retirement, plus-- Job Security-- Better than going with some rinky dink company that could fold next week..

Default Dr. Mark Hopkins in St. Pete

is a chiropractor and also has M.d.'s on staff but he's moving more in the direction of a MediSpa. He has an extensive web site so google it. I don't want to do anything that will get cut here.
