Don't know about river ridge, but most of the area is poor and run down around it.

The general area of West Pasco is pretty bad. There are pockets of nice areas (I don't know the one you're talking about) but the area itself is pretty sketchy. I would presume that schools reflect the general demographics as well.

Morton - I think you have the wrong area in mind. https://www.google.com/maps/place/11...2!4d-82.625275

You are correct. I was thinking father west. As stated, there are areas oft west Pasco that are nice, but they're definitely the exception rather than the norm.

Thank you.

This is a very nice area. We looked at a couple of very nice, reasonably priced houses on Tee Time Circle. No school aged kids so can't comment on the school districts.

We would have been happy there but wanted to be closer to the gulf area beaches so bought a little further south and west.

There are some very nice areas in NPR, some not so nice areas too so you have to be selective.

I know that people usually ask questions here , but no one post a feedback. So I decided to post a feedback on our move.
We purchased the house in river ridge country club and we LOVE it!
First when we moved it was a little shock for me, I had a feeling that I'm in the woods somewhere and far away from civilization, just a huge difference from New Orleans
Now, I'm in love with this place. This part of NPR is very nice, you have all stores you need , lots of trees outside so weather is much better then in Tampa, good schools. Very safe and beautiful. And having US 19 and Toll 589 very convenient, so we don't get traffic.
It is very nice, lots of people do not realize how great is NPR.
