Some the Pasco Co. officials will get their act together on the roadways. I've been here since '99 and they were promising all the roadways then when the costs were much lower. It's a joke with all the locals..

Well it saves us living in Pasco/Wesley Chapel a lot of gas by driving to the new malls instead of the Hillsborough malls.

Great post, WC_Dad. I was by the Grove yesterday and I'm fairly sure that TJ Maxx was open. Wish they'd get the road construction finished!

A 24 hour Starbucks!!! Wow..... I'm so there! Is this Wesley Chapel a nice area? Is there a lot of residential new construction in that area as well?

Like most areas of the country, you can find all the new/semi-new residential you can handle in WC!

Thanks everyone for keeping the thread up-to-date with the fast-moving developments in the Grove.

I went to the new starbucks yesterday...it was really convenient going through the drive-thru...although I wouldve liked to see a little more tables and chairs like the one in new tampa.

There's supposed to be another one opening in the Shops of Wiregrass. Since that's going to be an open-air mall, it may have more outdoor tables and chairs.

I almost think there's TOO much stuff going up in this area. Everything we build here is kind of in a crammed space where it seems to be 8 oz. of water in a 6 oz. glass.

The traffic here never ceases to amaze me. Oh well that's what happens when you overkill on houses and do not build any new roads and there is no public transit. You basically have ~50,000 people forced to use one two-lane road (SR 54). I like this area but the traffic issue nearly qualifies as a fatal flaw.
