Don't see how it could be in the center. It's out of the way with airport land to it's east, the causeway to the south and the golf coarse to the north.. Just a huge diff in the homes compared to the other side of the gulf coarse.

I grew up in TnC. Lived there from 74- 14. I'm sure there are better places to live but its not as bad some people make it sound. You could walk thru pretty much any part of TnC at any time of nite and not have a problem other than maybe chased by a stray dog...maybe.
My worst complaint would be the traffic.
